Lose weight by doing less

Yep, you read it right. You can lose more weight by doing less. Let's take running for example. A lot of people think that in order to lose weight they need to get out on the road or treadmill and just run everyday for an hour or so. They start to see weight fall off to begin with but with time they see less and less results. Why is this?

Well the simple answer is that your body is really good at its job and the more you do something the easier it becomes. Your body becomes efficient at whatever you do over and over so what may get you into shape to begin with won't be enough down the line.
