Eating the right way

We have all heard the saying "You are what you eat". Diet plays a key roll in your health and your weight. The older you get the more you see it. I remember the day I could eat anything I wanted and as long as I stayed active I would never gain a pound. Well those days have gone and I have to pay attention to what and how I eat in order to maintain weight and body fat percentage I want.
