Women should lift too!

It seems like a lot of women are still afraid of the weight room and what it may do to them. I get a lot of,"I don't want to get big" or "I don't want to look like a man." What most woman don't understand is the amount of work, time and crazy eating regimens bulky woman have to put in to get that manly, body-builder look.

Take just a minute to consider the benefits of lifting weights.
  1. You can finally target that annoying chub. Just doing cardio can help you lose weight but weightlifting actually help you burn fat cells while unveiling the muscle tone that makes you look lean and trim.
