Be a Spartan

I loved the movie 300 and when Men's Health released the "300 Workout" I religiously worked it in weekly. Who wouldn't want to be ripped like a Spartan?

When Spartacus Blood and Sand came out a year ago with all the same manly appeal of 300,  Men's Health delivered again with the Spartacus workout. Each workout was inspired by the workout routines the actors went through to get into shape for their very physical rolls.

With the second season of Spartacus Blood and Sand (a prequel Spartacus Gods of the Arena) underway Men's Health has come up with another great workout. When I'm looking to add a shred to supplement my weekly workout I change it up with one of these three workouts. It's a great alternative to a heavy lifting, bulk building routine. Each workout is meant to create a high intensity fat burn that will rev up your metabolism and get you ripped in no time.
