Here in American we like everything fast. Our food, our success, our tax return, and our car. Well when it comes to burning calories and getting through a cardio workout, I like it to go fast too. I don't want to spend an hour on the treadmill or out on the trail running just so I can burn a few hundred calories.
Sprints are the answer! I get a lot more accomplished in less time, plus it ends up burning more fat than just going for a jog. Which makes sense, if you compare runners to sprinters I'll take the sprinters body any day.
