Ankle and Knee injuries

If you play sports competitively you have most likely suffered one of these injuries. I know I have had both ankles repaired and have spent at least a year in a cast because of ankle problems. My brother has been fighting with a knee injury for the last several years. Just about everyone I know has dealt with this issue.
