Help your heart

I am sure you have all heard that any form of exercise is good for the heart. But it is shown in study after study that those who partake in aerobic training, strength training or a combination of the two see a noticeable difference in their life. They were able to preform every day activities such as walking, working and running errands with much improved efficiency. The one thing that gets over looked is that all of the gains made by exercise are lost by stopping all physical exercise for just one month.
