Kfit Workout of the Day 4-5-13

Warmup: Active streching, 400m run, 20 back extensions, warm up to 10 RM for deadlifts
Strength: 4 sets of 8 @ 80% of your 10 RM explosive deadlifts
Stamina: 3 rounds of 15 one leg deadlifts, 20 kb swings, 15 back extensions
Last push: 12min as many rounds as you can, 10 power cleans, 20 double unders, 30 roman deadlifts
Cardio: 30min stair and hill sprints
