Kfit Workout of the Day 3-27-13

Warm up: Active streching, 2min jump rope, work up to max squat
Strength: Back Squat 5x1, Straight Legged Deadlifts 5x10 @185
Stamina: DB Split Squats 3x10 superset with Barbell calf Raises 3x15
Last push: 4 Rounds - Wall Squats 30sec, Calf Raises (toes pointed in) 30, Weighted Step ups 20,  Power Jumps 15
Cardio: 3 mile run
