Strength: 3x8 Single Leg RDL superset with Seated Arnold Press, 3x8 Deadlifts superset with Shoulder Plate Raise & Rotate, 3x8 Power Clean superset with I Y T Shoulder
Stamina: 10 Minutes – complete as many reps as possible 5 – Overhead shoulder press (115#), 10 – Deadlifts (115#), 15 – Box Jumps (24 inch)
Core: 100x situps, 75x back extensions, 50x side obliques, 25x toes to bar
Cardio:
1 – 400 m run
2 – 200 m run
4 – 100 m run
1 – 400 m run
