Kfit Workout of the Day 2-6-13

Warmup:Run 400 m, 25x Jumping Jacks, 25x Power Air Squats
Strength:12-9-6-3 Deadlift, Increase weight each time
Stamina: 50x deadlifts with 135lb, 50x DB row, 50x single leg RDL
Timed: Complete the following as fast as possible: 21-15-9-3, Hang Clean – 95lbs, Double Unders, Decline Pushups
Cardio: 1 mile run – timed, Rest 5 minutes, 1 mile run – timed (beat previous time)

Workout was created by Griffin Ladew, assistant coach and strength and conditioning coach for the Rhodes men's basketball team.
