Kfit Workout of the Day 1-7-13

Warm up: Active strech, 500m row.
Stregth: Bench Press 5x5 and 1xF, Bent Over barbell row 5x5 and 1xF, Incline DB press 3x10, GoodMornings 3x10.
Stamina: Machine Flyes 3x12 w/ plyo push-ups 3x10, DB Row 3x10 w/ pull-ups 3xF.
Core: Hanging Leg Raises 3x15, Eagle Sit-ups 3x12, Medicine ball twists 3x30, Side Crunches 3x15.
Cardio: 3 mile run as fast as you can.
