This first week is a trial run for you to try out our new slate of classes and give us your feedback come and take advantage of the half off discount!Starting August 8th, we will be offering month-by-month unlimited class memberships for $50 or you can just drop in to any class for $10 a session.
The class schedule is as follows.
- Monday @ 6:00p.m. we will start the LuvMud 5k training program (details below).
- Tue @ 6:00p.m. is our strength class which will focus on building muscle to help you tone-up and speed up your metabolism!
- Wed @ 6:00p.m.is the LuvMud training program.
- Thur @ 6:00p.m. is our cardio and abs class. In this class we will focus on core workouts and keeping our heart rate up so we can burn some serious calories!
- Sat @ 7:00a.m. is the LuvMud training program.10:00a.m. is our weekend yoga that will work on your flexibility and balance. (We will also be offering yoga once a month at the Downtown Farmer's Market!)
Those of you who took on the LuvMud 5k last year know that it is not your grandma's 5k! Our friends at Habitat for Hope put up a serious challenge for a good cause and this year Klein Fitness is sponsoring a team. Join our LuvMud training program to supplement your morning jogs and prepare yourself to take on the hurdles, climbing walls, obstacles placed throughout the course and the huge mud pit you crawl through to reach the finish line.
Our two month boot camp will take place in Downtown Memphis, and will include running stairs, climbing hills, spider crawling across riverside and of course putting in the miles to get you into LuvMud shape. Trust us, the work you put in with get your incredible results personally and on race day!
The LuvMud 5k is October 8 and 9th so our 5K bootcamp will run for the 8 weeks prior to the race. Sign up this week to get all the classes, nutrition advice, race fee covered and a Klein Fitness team shirt for $200. Not sure you can commit to three times a week, then just pay by class at $10 per session.
