Today we are going to look at the foods that should make up the majority of your diet and what you need to do in the exercise department. Lets get started!
Our power foods have been picked because they help our body increase lean muscle and avoid storing fat! Put those two together and you are well on your way to a lean hard body.
Check out this list of power foods:
1. Nuts: High in protein easy to eat, nuts
help fight against obesity, heart disease, wrinkles, cancer and high blood pressure. Be sure to watch for salted and roasted nuts they tend to have added fats and calories.
2. Beans and Legumes: Talk about a lean source of protein, beans build muscle, help burn fat, while delivering a high dose of fiber and iron. The magical fruit fights against obesity, heart disease and high blood pressure. Caution! Not all beans are created equal - refried beans are high in fat and baked beans are high in sugar so try and stay away from these impostors.
