After years and years of working out for 5-6 hours a day, Becky discovered that her success hinged on the amount of time she spent stretching and lengthening her muscles. She started practicing yoga about four years ago and found that it was a perfect combination of strength building, core work, balance, and stretching. She is passionate about using yoga to prevent injury and reduce stress.
Her fitness message: Triathletes - get off the bike, stop running, get out of the pool and add inn/substitute yoga for that missing link to cut time off your race. Office workers - step away from your stressful desk and recharge through movement. Homemakers - break away for an hour to smooth out those kinks from cooking, cleaning, and childcare.
Join Becky Tuesday from 6:00-7:00 and Saturday from 10:00-11:00 for lengthening, strengthening, balance building, stress busting yoga! All levels are welcome!
