
Starting in April classes will be $10 per class drop in fee or get unlimited access to classes for $65 per month or $100 per family. If this is your first experience with Klein Fitness come by a little early so we can give you the tour and brief you on our program.

Monday 6:00-7:00p.m. - Circuit Training taught by Jennifer Sciubba

Tuesday 6:00-7:00p.m. - Yoga taught by Becky Davis
Balance is critical to a healthy lifestyle. These classes will deliver the perfect mix of strengthening and stretching to give you a long lean look while clearing away the stresses of the day.
Muscle tissue burns more calories than fat so strength training is actually crucial for weight loss. Try our total body sculpting yoga/strength training to blast the flab and build a body that is lean and fit.
Thursday 6:00-7:00p.m. - Ab Lab taught by Jennifer Sciubba
Your core is your fitness foundation. Whether you want to have your bikini belly by summer, nail that balance pose in yoga, improve your posture or boost your performance in triathlon training it all starts with a strong core.
Saturday 10:00-11:00a.m. - Yoga taught by Becky Davis
Start your weekend off right with an energy boosting yoga session with Becky. With just enough time to hit the farmer's market for fresh veggies there's no better way to start your day.
