Workouts...the anti-sickness?

A workout a day keeps the doctor away!

Think I'm fudging you when I say that if you workout with Klein Fitness three times a week that you will get sick less often and have less severe symptoms when you do catch a bug?

Well according to the article below not only can I claim this I have studies to back me up. I've experienced this myself but I've also seen the flip side. If you push too hard and work out too much when you are sick you can take longer to recover.
