Sorry I have not posted in a while, things have gotten really busy and I have picked up some early morning clients...like I have to get up a 4:30am early clients. And if you know anything about me or any Klein really you would know that we do not do well in the morning...at all. But I am there, awake and training and attempting to turn over a new leaf so to speak. The early morning has thrown the rest of my day into a mess and therefor I have not been making time to blog. This is my first attempt at changing that and getting back into my social media. But what do I want to talk about? Sleep!
Sleep and rest are just as important to having a healthy lifestyle as diet and exercise. As a matter of fact cutting back on sleep reduces the benefits of diet and exercise. In some studies it was shown to reduce fat loss by up to 55%. Thats crazy!
The good thing is that sleep is something that just about anyone is good at. It does not take practice and you don't need to work at it. All you have to do is make time for it. So know that if you are making sure you are getting at least 8 good hours of sleep you are on your way to becoming Klein Fitness Fit!:-)
