The early morning has thrown the rest of my day into a mess and therefor I have not been making time to blog. This is my first attempt at changing that and getting back into my social media. But what do I want to talk about? Sleep!
Sleep and rest are just as important to having a healthy lifestyle as diet and exercise. As a matter of fact cutting back on sleep reduces the benefits of diet and exercise. In some studies it was shown to reduce fat loss by up to 55%. Thats crazy!
The good thing is that sleep is something that just about anyone is good at. It does not take practice and you don't need to work at it. All you have to do is make time for it. So know that if you are making sure you are getting at least 8 good hours of sleep you are on your way to becoming Klein Fitness Fit!:-)
