Kfit Workout of the Day 2-21-13

Warm up: 500m row, 10 body presses
Strength: Seated Military Press 5x5 superset with Lateral Raises 5x10, wide grip Cable Row 5x5 superset with Straight Arm Pulldown 5x10
Stamina: complete as many rounds as you can in16min- 15 Overhead Arm Claps, 15 Pull-ups,  15 Inverted Bent-Over Flys, 15 DB Rows (each arm), 15 back extensions 
Cardio: 4 mile run
