Kfit Workout of the Day 2-20-13

Warm up: Active streching, 5min bike, 10 jump squats
Strength: Squats 5x5 superset with Wall Squats 5x30 sec, DeadLifts 5x5 superset with Barbell Calf raises 5x15 and Barbell Trap raises 5x6
Stamina: 50 Cleans, 50 weighted lunges, 50 Power Jumps, 50 Trap Raises, 50 weighted Calf Raises
Cardio: 30min of hill/stair sprints, sprint up the hill/stairs and walk back down
