Kfit Workout of the Day 2-22-13

Warm up: Active streching, 400m run
Stength: Bench Press 5x5 superset with Incline Flyes 5x5, Floor Press 5x5 superset with Decline Push-ups 5x10
Stamina:push- As many rounds as you can in 20 mins-15 Plyo Push-ups, 15 hanging leg raises, 15 Diamond push-ups, 15 Crunches, 15 push-ups, 15 oblique Jackknives, 15 weighted Twist
Cardio: 30min of stair/hill sprints, sprint up and walk down.
