Klein Fitness - Intermediate squat with a bicep curl
The intermediate squat/bicep curl combo removes the wall support to challenge your stabilizer muscles and increase the work required of your large muscles (quads, hammies, glutes.) To challenge your biceps you can use heavier weights, we recommend 8-10lbs.
Be sure to watch your form to keep your body in alignment and prevent injury. Do 3 sets of 15.
