Making it through the weekend
A lot of people like to take the weekend off and party it up. They eat and drink anything and everything they want. Their excuse is "its my cheat day" or "its the weekend and I workout all week". Now I am not saying you can not take the weekend off or have a cheat meal or two, but I do think you need to be smart about it. You would be surprised how much your weekends come into play when it comes to your weight loss or fitness goals.
