I love to workout, it's what I do for a living and what I do when I just need to let things go. Nothing beats a bad mood or a funky day better than a couple hours of basketball or a good hardcore lift. That is where the subject of today's blog post comes into play. When I hurt myself and lose the ability to workout my life becomes very vexatious. I become a miserable human being, I feel myself get fat and out of shape and the inactivity drives me nuts. My friends and family can attest to this.
