Working out in the wild

Sure everyone thinks that going to the gym is how you work out. That is where the iron is to be pumped, the miles are to be biked and the track is to be run.

Well I'm here to tell you that there is no reason you shouldn't be outside enjoying spring. The sun is out, the weather is inviting and this article from Women's Health has several great workouts you can take to the pool, the park or even your back yard.

So skip the gym today and get outside, get some sun and get your workout on!
