Its a perfect day here in Memphis. Everyone should get out and enjoy the day at some point. But what does this weather mean for your workouts? It really depends on each person, but there are some universal things that should be done in preparation.
Get your equipment ready. Are your shoes at the point of disaster? Do you even know where your spring and summer workout gear is? Is your body/mind even ready to start spring workouts? These are all questions you need to ask yourself.
If you have worked out during the cold months the transition should be simple but if you went into hibernation and are just coming out these questions should be dealt with ASAP.
