Bring stability to your body

I love workouts that incorporate your entire body and help build your stabilizer muscles. This is why I prefer free weights to machines. Free weights make your whole body work...not just the muscle you are focusing on.

Another great tool for building your stabilizer muscles is the exercise ball. Most people only use the exercise ball for their ab workout but it can be used for so much more. I like to incorporate it into my clients workouts to change things up and create new challenges. The link below shows you a couple starter moves you can use the exercise ball in.
