Kfit Workout of the Day 8-23-13

Warmup: Active Stretching, 400m run, work up to your 10RM for deadlifts
Strength: Deadlift 4 sets of 10 superset with 30 double unders and 15 wide leg situps, after the last set drop down 20lbs and max out 3 consecutive rounds performing a drop down set
Stamina: 4 rounds, 10 barbell one leg deadlifts, 1min weighted bridge, 400m run
Last push: 21-15-9 Power clean, jump pullups, thrusters
Core: P90x ab ripper
Cardio: 30min stair/hill sprints
