Warmup: Active Stretching, 400m run, work up to your 10 RM for back squat
Strength: Back Squats 4 sets of 8 superset with 10 turkish getups, 50 jump rope and 50 flutter kicks
Stamina: 3 rounds, 8 barbell Split Squats, 10 burpee jump pullups, 10 plank cable pulls, 50 jump rope
Last Push: complete 4 rounds as fast as you can, 5 box jumps, 10 wall balls, 16 walking lunges, 20 situps
Cardio: 4 mile ruck run
