Kfit Workout of the Day 7-13-13

Warmup: Active Stretching, 25 deadlifts, 400m run
Strength: Deadlift pyramid 12-10-8-6-1 and then burnout, superset with 30sec mountain climbers and 10 toes to bar
Stamina: 4 rounds, 10 hip raise leg curl, 15 RDL, 25 double unders
Last Push: Hamstring curls, 50 reps starting at a high weight and maxing out then droping weight and maxing again, continue to drop till you reach 50 reps
Core: 30 Phifer scissors, 50 heel touches, 25 tree climbers, 30 penguins, 20 frog crunches, 25 reverse crunch toe touch
Cardio: 1 hour of swimming drills
