Stamina: 4 rounds, 10 strict press, 10 pull ups, 100m overhead carry
Last push: Complete as many rounds as you can in 15 min, 10 clean and press, 10 burpees, 20 double unders
Core: 100 situps, 50 leg ups, 100 flutter kicks, 50 hanging oblique knee ups
Cardio: 4 mile run
