Kfit Workout of the Day 2-1-13

Warm up: Active streching, 4min on the bike
Strength: Squats 3x10, DeadLifts 3x10, Barbell Calf Raises 3x20, Weighted Bench Jumps 3x10, Weighted Tip-Toe Walks 50m
Core: Cable Crunches 100, Weighted Crunches 100, Oblique Jackknifes 100 (each side), Legs Ups 100, Mountain Climbers 100
Cardio: 30min of bike sprints, 30on 30off
