Kfit Workout of the Day 1-28-13

Warmup: 400m run, Active Stretching
Strength: Incline Bench 3x10, Wide Grip Cable Row 3x10, Cable fly 3x10, One Arm DB Row 3x10, Flat Bench DB press 3x10, Weighted Back Ext 3x10, Plyo push-ups  2x12, Alternating Pull-ups 2xF
Core: 3 sets with 15 sec break between exercises and 2 mins between sets. Spiderman Crunches 1 min, Kneeling cable crunch 1min, Flutter kicks 1min, Oblique jackknife 1min (each side), Medicine ball twist 1min
Cardio: 30 interval run, 30 sec sprinting and 30sec to 1min recovery
