Kfit Workout of the Day 1-10-13

Warm up: Active Stretch, 2 minutes of jump rope
Strength: Incline Bench Press 5x5, Barbell Trap raises 5x5
Stamina: Decline DB Press / incline Cable Fly 3x10, Behind back Trap Raise 3x10  / Farmers Carry 3x50m, Push-up Matrix 3xF (push-ups ranging from diamond to wide going until failure at each position)
Cardio: 2000m row
