Kfit Workout of the Day 12-31-12

Warm up: Active streching, 1min of jump rope, 15 jump squats and a 200m run.
Strength: Explosive squat – 5 sets of 10 @ 85% of your 10rm with 15 knee ups and 30 jumping jacks with each set.
Stamina: 4 rounds of each exercise, 30sec on 10sec off. Wall ball, double unders, side lunge with ball slam.
Last Push: 4 rounds as fast as you can. 15 Overhead Squat @ 95lb, 20 Push up/row, 400m run.
Core: 30 Flutter kicks, Crunches, Oblique Crunches and Scissor Kicks
Cardio. 4 mile run under 30min.
