
So I read the article below and felt like it was talking directly to me. I focus so much on lifting and building muscle and getting my cardio in and burning fat that I often forget or just leave out stretching.

I have done yoga in the past and have always felt that it really helped my body stretch out after the week of hell I put it through. I also feel like a complete idiot while trying to do most the moves because of how little my body stretches which is a pretty good sign that I am not doing it enough!

So take a look at the article below and really think about if you get enough stretching in during the week, if you not join me in our first class of the season "Yoga with Leigh Anne Black". I will have the time and date up when I get everything finalized but I am working as hard as I can to get it started because I NEED some yoga!
By the way, if the photo to the right isn't the proof enough, even Iron Men do yoga.
