They want to know if the Atkins diet really works or if weight watchers holds the answer to all the healthy eating questions.I have tried most diets out there so I can speak from experience, in one way or another most have several key things right. But, the one thing they all have wrong is that it takes more than just a diet to make a big difference. It takes a lifestyle change.
Losing weight is both mental and physical and if you expect results you need the right diet and workout plan for your goals and the drive to push yourself when things get tough. Often a personal trainer can provide the expertise and external motivation to help meet all of these needs.
