Recent technical difficulties led me to try something most who know me would find hard to believe...I picked up a book and read. That's right, Mr. can't sit still, gotta keep moving, picked up a couple of real books that had paper pages and everything.
Now before you give me too much credit, these books were health related, focusing on food nutrition and diet. I've had lots of questions on what clients need to do with their diets to achieve goals of slimming down, bulking up or getting shredded for summer. Over the coming weeks I will impart my new knowledge to help everyone understand what really goes in to a good healthy diet.
The first web installment will be this Wednesday. I'll outline what this "diet" is and why it is better than any other diet out there. If you have questions in the meantime just post them here or drop me an email and I'll do my best to answer them!
