This article in Women’s Health suggests that you can lose weight with a few simple tricks. I would have to disagree. Yes you can lose a few pounds by following these simple tricks but really losing weight takes a combination of controlling what you eat, exercise, determination, sacrifice, self-control, and sticking to a long term plan to accomplish your goal. It does not happen over night, but if you stick to a diet/exercise routine you will lose the weight.
