Do each exercise for 45sec giving yourself 15sec of rest in between each exercise. Do 3 rounds with a 2 min rest period in between each round.

Box Jumps
Walking Pushup/Row
Core: 50 knee ups, 50 golf wipers, 50 standing oblique crunches, 50 med ball situps
Cardio: 30 min of stair/hill sprints
