Warmup: Active Stretching, 400m run, work up to your 6 RM for your squat
Strength: Back Squat, 4 sets of 6 at your 6RM, superset with 20 double unders
Stamina: Deadlift, 4 sets of 8 at your 8RM, superset with 2 (per leg) lunge series (front, back, crossover, crossunder)
Last push: Complete 4 rounds as fast as you can, 10 cleans, 20 wall balls, 400m run
Core: 25 Wide leg situps, 25 heels to the heaven, 25 knee touches, 25 oblique crunches, 25 windshield wipers, 50 mason twist
Cardio: 30min stair/hill sprints
