Kfit Workout of the Day 3-25-13

Warm up: Active streching, 400m run, 25 pushups, warm up to max bench
Strength: Bench Press- 5x1, Flat bench cable fly 3x10, Incline DB Press 3x12, Decline Push-ups 3x15, Barbell Row 5x1, Weighted Back Ext 3x10, DB Rows 3x10, Wide grip Lat Pulldown 3x12,
Core: Quarters (Crunches)100, 75, 50, 25, 75, 50, 25, 50, 25, 25
Cardio: 4 mile run
