Warmup: Active streching, 500m row, 30 air squats, 30 back extensions
Strength: BOSU Deadlifts 4 sets of 8 @ 90% of 8 RM, work up to your 8 RM
Stamina: 4 rounds of 10 one leg deadlifts (each side), 12 box jumps, weighted side lunge, stair sprints
Last push: Tabata (20 on 10 off) cleans and Tabata row
Core: Burnouts (30 on 10 off) Decline crunch, knee ups, mason twist
Cardio: 4 mile run
