Strength: Ex Ball Dumbbell press 4 sets of 8 @ 90% of 8 RM. Work up to your 8 RM. Superset with inverse row
Stamina: 4 rounds, 10 Incline static press, 10 weighted pullups, 10 med ball pushups, 30 double unders
Last push: Complete as many rounds as you can in 12min, 10 BOSU static dumbbell flys, 10 weighted chest dips, 10 pushup rows, 200m run
Cardio: 30min of Tabata bike sprints
