Strength: 10-8-6-4-2-4-6-8-10 of Bench Press, DB Incline Bench Press 3x10, Cable Flys 3x10
Core: 50x weight situps, 50x weight back extensions, 50x weight mason twist
Cardio: Find an activity for at least 30 minutes: hiking, basketball, walking, etc.
