Kfit Workout of the Day 2-4-13

Warmup: 400m run, 10 Turkish get ups, 400m run, 10 Turkish get ups
Strength: front squats 12-9-6-3 Increase weight each time
Work set: 50x front squat with 95lb, 50x pull ups, 50x box jumps
Timed: Complete 7 rounds as fast as possible, 7- thrusters 7- push ups 7- jumping lunges ( each side)
Cardio: 3 mile run
