Kfit Workout of the Day 2-26-13

Warm up: Active streching, 400m run, 2 rounds of 15 push ups, 10 pullups, 50 jumping jacks. Work up to 5RM Dbell Incline Press
Strength: 5 sets of 5 reps @90 of 5RM Dbell Incline Press
Stamina: 4 rounds, 10 Bench Press, 15 Inverse Row, 10 Decline Fly, 15 Box Jump
Last push: Complete as many rounds as you can in 15min, 12 Pushup/Row, 10 Pullups, 12 wall chest throws, 10 Burpees
Core: 5min of Plank
Cardio: 30 min of Tabata bike
