Kfit Workout of the Day 2-25-13

Warmup: Active streching, 25 double unders, 20 front squats, work up to 5RM back squat
Strength: Back Squat 5 sets of 5 reps @ 90% 5 RM
Stamina: 30 explosive squats @ 135lb, 50 split squats, 400m frog jumps
Last push: Complete the following for time, 10 Thrusters, 50 Double unders, 8 Thrusters, 40 Double unders, 6 Thrusters, 30 Double unders, 4 Thrusters, 20 Double unders, 2 Thrusters, 10 Double unders
Cardio: 30min of sprints, sprint all out for 30sec and then take a 60 sec walk, repeat
Core: Complete 4 rounds, 30sec on 10sec off for Vups, toes to bar and mason twist.
