Kfit Workout of the Day 2-18-13

Warm up: Active Stretching, 25 pushups Strength: Incline Bench - 5-4-3-2-1, superset with Inverse Barbell Row - 5x8, Seated Lat Pulldown - 5x5 superset with Flat Bench Cable Fly - 5x12
Stamina:10 mins- Bench Press 15@135, 10 Pull-ups,  Crawling Push-ups w/ Lat Pull 10 meters
Core: 100 Flutter Kicks, 100 Double Crunches, 100 Weighted Twist, 100 Oblique Crunches
