Kfit Workout of the Day 1-23-31

Spartacus workout inspired by Mens Health: 10 exercises in a circuit. Each station lasts 40sec, you do as many reps in that time as you can. Alow 20 sec between stations and 2 min between circuits. Compleat 3 circuits.

Dumbbell Squat with Alternating Shoulder Press/Twist
Plyo pushup
Dumbbell Side Lunge & Curl
Plank Walkup with Dumbbell Drag
Alternating reverse sledgehammer
Dumbbell Single-Arm Alternating Clean
Burpees
Jump shrug
Windshield wipers
One-Leg Deadlift & Row

Cardio: 4 mile run
